As the Tanker Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tanker teams and ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. You will play a key role in planning, resource management, compliance, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tanker teams on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate and oversee all works
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage budgets, schedules, and workforce allocation across multiple projects
- Prepare reports, risk assessments, and method statements
- Drive performance improvements and support team training and development
- Ensure all works are completed to technical standards and environmental requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (or equivalent if outside the UK)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
